This is a great nerd backpack. The GF Loves it and it's an eye-catcher! Everyone asks about it and comments on how great it is. Since she's 26 and 5'8" I'd say this is certainly large enough for adults to use. :)
As for storage space, I cannot comment. This was a gift and I don't use it on a day to day basis.

This backpack is pretty sweet for the only fact that when I wear this around college I hear people talk, see people point, and get many comments such as "that is an AWESOME backpack", a lot of people also ask where they can buy one. The only thing is you will need to wash it often and the zipper has already snagged a bit. But if you want to be the talk of campus this is a must buy. I usually take it to the gym because it cant fit what I need for class, but its perfect for the small items when I need to go somewhere such as an amusement park, or working out.

I saw someone with this backpack several days ago and thought to myself that it would be a perfect gift for one of the avid Star Wars fans in my life. The backpack looks even better in person than it does in the picture, and slightly better quality than expected. It holds its shape very well with plenty of stuffing in the legs and "head." It arrived in brand-new untouched condition in a sealed plastic bag. Can't wait to deliver it as a gift!
