Rock out with LET’S ROCK Elmo! Dressed in a concert-style tee, Elmo takes the stage singing and making music - and preschoolers can too!

Amazon.com Product Review

Elmo is a big hit with little ones everywhere. The LET'S ROCK! Elmo toy is a rockin' singing' delight. Dressed in his own concert-style t-shirt, you choose which instrument Elmo plays, and he magically recognizes which one you give him. He even interacts with the other LET'S ROCK! Instruments (each sold separately). Elmo can tell when you are playing the LET'S ROCK! Guitar, Keyboard or Microphone--and he plays along with you! This toy set is ideal for kids from 18-months to 4-years old.

Rock-Out with Sesame Street's Elmo

Choose which instrument you want LET'S ROCK Elmo to play and he "magically" recognizes which one you give him. Kids can also play along on Elmo's instruments--they're perfectly sized for little hands to beat on the drums, shake the tambourine or pretend to sing into the microphone. Play along while Elmo sings his songs! He sings "Elmo's gonna rock. YEAH!" in his Elmo Likes to Rock and Roll song! He also sings five other songs: What Elmo Likes About You, It Takes Two, Elmo's World, Rock 'n Roll Alphabet Song, and Sing Out!
Start Your Own LET'S ROCK Band

Elmo interacts with other LET'S ROCK! Instruments (sold separately), only one at a time. Kids can choose from the LET'S ROCK Elmo GUITAR, COOKIE MONSTER KEYBOARD, or GROVER MICROPHONE. Elmo plays the drums when you put his drums in front of him near his feet. Your child will have all the fun while playing along as Elmo plays and sings. And each time Elmo gets an instrument, he politely says "Thank you!"

The newest Sesame Street "Let's Rock Elmo" toy is a welcome surprise for my three year old who absolutely adores Elmo. He is such a big part of her life and many children around her age. This new Elmo toy will guarantee hours of fun for any child and some adults(I know I had fun) and it will also help with their developmental and motor skills while giving them the gift of music all combined in one toy. Elmo seems to really be interacting with your child as well as the instruments as he jams to the music throwing his head back with glee.

Elmo is interactive and recognizes the different instruments from the tambourine to the bongos, but there are also other instruments like the "Let's rock Elmo guitar" and the "Let's rock keyboard"(sold separately) the Rock Elmo will recognize when you play them and he will join in with you. Elmo plays six songs that you are sure to have fun with and enjoy. I will buy the other instruments for her to help enhance her love of music or maybe...Read more

We have two preschool-age granddaughters, and when I brought out this box, they jumped up and down in excitement. Elmo's battery operated, naturally, and when you turn him on (!), he really does rock! He comes with tom-tom style drums, a nonfunctional mike, and a plastic tambourine, and kids are encouraged to play along with him. Elmo's fully capable of holding the mike and playing both instruments. Our girls liked the drums, but weren't too impressed with with the tambourine. What they seemed to enjoy most was dancing while Elmo sings and plays. This might grow old quickly, so we decided to keep Elmo at our house for use during their visits, to increase his longevity. A cute toy, easy on batteries, and sings 6 different numbers that are easy for kids to learn.

I have an 18 month old girl and a 6 year old boy and they both love the Let's Rock Elmo. In the past week and a half they have played with it for at least a little while every afternoon. So far he is a very durable toy as my boy plays pretty rough and my daughter has dragged it back and forth to her grandmother's house. They each play the other instruments that Elmo doesn't play and have their own Elmo band. It is very easy to change out the instruments and my one year old can do it on her own. She has also learned what her "feet" are from one of his songs where he sings about moving your feet and some basic counting from singing along with another song. Therefore, it has some educational value.

**Edit** Really watch for playing with the arms. They seem to be easy to break. My littlest one grabbed an arm while Elmo was playing and both arms stopped moving. We tried to figure out how to fix it but it went back on its own. I'm not sure if something just got knocked out of...Read more
