My 2-year-old daughter adores all the "Core-roy" books, so when I saw this, I thought he would be a good buddy for her new "big girl room." I opened the box up and lifted him out...she looked blankly at him for a moment and then squealed "CORE-ROY!" That was about 10 hours ago - he didn't leave her side the whole time, joining her for dinner, playtime in the yard, and even for story time, where she "read" to him. Now they're tucked snugly into bed, getting ready for their adventures tomorrow.

I think the "real" Corduroy would approve.

I spent 30 dollars on the corduroy bear with shipping to give to my girlfriend for her 21st birthday, and when it came in the mail and it was barely bigger than my hand, I was extremely tempted to demand a refund.

You're ripping people off man.

I am not sure what the previous poster was talking about when they said the bear was 8 inches rather then 12 inches. The only thing I can think of is that they must have received the wrong size because the bear is definitely at least 12 inches, (maybe a hair more). very soft and cute bear!
