We bought our daughter her panda backpack for Christmas. Unfortunately the zipper broke after only the first day, which is why I gave it one star for durability. The positives are that the panda was super cute (my daughter says it was her favorite Christmas present) and she said the internal pocket was well sized, being bigger than her previously adored shark backpack. Since there was no option for exchange on this product, we had to send it back for a refund. So I rated the toy overall one star, because we don't get to have it.
