Paddington Bear is just as advertised came swiftly, and well packaged this toy is for a newborn, My wife made a baby quilt, and wanted to add a stuffed bear with it as present, it was PERFECT

My son had the larger one of this same Paddington but it also came with his boots. He will be 37 in July and was very sad when he had to let his Paddington Go because of some moisture problems that occurred while his bear was in storage in the Attic. He has a son now who is only 7 mos. old and I made my Grandbaby a Paddington Quilt and I was looking for a very small Paddington to accompany the quilt. I also have the Paddington Suitcase in which this bear fits nicely inside and this will be a great addition to start his collection.
I am pleased with this bear and I know that Jaxson will also love it as much as my son loved his.

I remember having a large Paddington Bear as a child, so when my friends had their first baby I knew what I was going to get them. I was surprised at how hard it was to find a decent Paddington Bear. On amazon.uk there were several nicer bears but it was impossible to have them shipped to the states, so my options were limited.
This bear is very cute, but seems awfully small, even knowing the listed dimensions. The price therefore seemed a tad steep. Also, it's worth noting that the jacket does not have the real distinct buttons of the older bears, but rather the "buttons" are just stitching in the coat itself. This is preferable for infants and toddlers (no choking hazard) but aesthetically a bit of a let down.
Not a bad gift for a small child, but I'm hopeful to find a nicer one by the time my little tikes are roaming around.
