I ordered this puppet for my mother. She is a therapist and collects puppets to use with younger children (it makes it easier to talk about their feelings and situations when they act it out, or simply play first). This puppet had great personality and metaphoric possibilities.
I haven't yet given it to my mother (it's for Christmas), but I have received it in the mail. The packaging, delivery, et cetera was all fine. The durability, size, and quality of the product is also great.
It really is cute, and does have a lot of personality.
My only concern with it, which may also just be a matter of opinion) is that it's fur was a little bit more technicolored than it appears in the photo. It seems brighter in a more synthetic, won-from-a-carnival kind of way. I bought this thinking it would have that beautiful aurburn tones that it does in the photo. But the one that I got in the mail was dirty brown color. I'm very disapointed in the color however it is a great puppet and is fun for all ages.

This is a cute puppet, but it's so big that it's hard for a child to use. My husband and I use it to put on a puppet show with our daughter.
