First off they sent me the wrong bear. The one I ordered had "Happy Valentines Day" written in the heart instead of "I Love You" . Secondly when i opened the bear it was nowhere near as "Plush" as the picture shows. When I opened it up to test the velcro on it, it barely holds together. Overall i was very disappointed in the product and will not be buying from this company again.
