This back pack is large with a couple extra compartments for pencils or whatever you like. It is made of durable construction with a very nice shimmery design on front that makes it stand out from ordinary back packs. My 4 1/2 yr-old grandson loves his Diego back pack!

I bought this for my son who was starting kindergarten. It's been 2 weeks and so far it's working out well. The large pocket will hold his lunchbox and his folder of school papers. The smaller pockets work well for his snack.

How do I find out what happened to the package? It never arrived. It said it left the facility July 25 and should have arrived by July 27, but today (Aug 1) it ha still not arrived. I think it got lost? How to confirm location?
