My daughter loves the backpack. She's in third grade, so I'd prefer it to be a bit larger. It also could use some more zippered pockets. But it gets the job done, and she's happy.
Update -- The zippers are shot and the backpack is useless. Just normal wear and tear from a third-grader. It's a piece of junk.

Got one for one grandson, ended up getting another. Nice size and nice quality for younger child it was much better than expected.

I was not impressed with this product. The backpack was poorly made and one of the zippers broke the first day my son used it. The quality of the backpack is very poor. This bag was made very cheaply.
