I bought this for my 13 year old sister, she always has a backpack with her and we love My Neighbor Totoro, so I had to pick this up when i saw it on amazon. It only has one pocket, and that pocket isn't huge, that's not a bad thing, just keep in mind it's more like a neat little handbag than a full sized backpack. Meaning it fits: cosmetics, wallet, cell phone, everything but her straightener ( which is pretty big to be fair ).

The eyes are delicate though, one fell off only a few days after the purchase, but after a little sewing handiwork our mom had both peepers secure.

It's worth the money, without a doubt, but be gentle and don't expect to put all your school supplies in it. It does say 11" in the title.

Also, the material is very comfortable, plus the leaf and the little soot ghost seem stitched on well.

But most importantly, this backpack is ADORABLE!

Obviously, this is not a roomy backpack. Pay attention to the overall outside measurement, and then consider that the zippered compartment is just in his tummy. You can fit more than you think in there (perfect for a small child transporting toys for the car!), but you arent going to be packing a lunch in it. the straps have quite a bit of adjustment to them, so this can fit all sizes.

The bag came fairly quickly and the quality of it is great. Just one problem though... It has a small hole under the tummy. Nothing that important because the hole isn't the part where the contents of the bag will be held. Sewn in 2 minutes.
